A World Of Flavor.

A Table Without Borders.

A Destination

At Asaba, we aim to give you the world. One dish at a time.

Created to be an ever expanding collective for people that share a passion for cooking, eating, sharing our cultures and learning about others, for those of us that fully give in to the surrender of an intentional and intimate experience. Each month, we collaborate with a new chef from a different part of the world to bring you a one of a kind 5-6 course Nigerian-Global culinary fusion experience.

New Month. New Destination. New Menu. New Friends

same same, but different

Expect bold flavors, tender details, and a journey thoughtfully paired with wine and one unforgettable cocktail to match.

Every Asaba Global Supper Club experience begins with a custom signature cocktail, crafted monthly to reflect the flavors, seasons, and soul of our featured region. From that first sip, your journey unfolds through a curated selection of wines, sourced from boutique vineyards and sustainable producers around the world.

These selections are not just accompaniments. They are storytellers, echoing the flavor, rhythm, and emotion of each dish. From crisp organic whites to bold, expressive reds, our pairings deepen the narrative of the evening, transforming your meal into a global journey of taste.

Each pour is chosen with intention. You don’t just savor the food. You drink in the culture

Precious Olisadum

Co-Curator, Chef

I started Asaba as Asaba Kitchen in Brooklyn as a love letter to Nigerian Food and the magic of bringing people together. For nearly four years I hosted intimate dinners that told stories through bold flavors, until life shifted and called me elsewhere.

Now I’m returning with a deeper vision. Asaba has grown into Asaba Global Supper Club. A space to celebrate the shared rythm of our kitchens around the world. Each course explores the echoes between cultures, the comfort of familiarity in something new, and the beauty of collaboration. It’s about food, yes.. but also, a memory.

Co-Curator, Beverage & Producer

For me, it’s always been about the experience. How a glass of wine can shift a room, how a cocktail can hold a memory, how visuals can tell a story without saying a word. I bring that lens to everything I do at Asaba.

Whether I’m curating pairings, crafting cocktails, or capturing the energy of the night on camera, I’m always thinking about how it all comes together, the taste, the tone, the feeling. My goal is to create something that lingers… not just on the palate, but in the memory.
